Bra Size Calculator – India
This interactive calculator helps Indian women accurately measure their bra size at home using a simple inch tape. To find your perfect bra size, follow these simple steps. You'll need a soft measuring tape (in inches/Cm) and a non-padded bra (or no bra for accurate measurements).
Step 1: Measure Your Underbust (Band Size)
- Wrap the measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, just below your bust.
- Ensure the tape is parallel to the floor and not too tight.
- Note the measurement in inches.
- If the number is even, that’s your band size.
If the number is odd, round up to the next even number (e.g., 31 → 32).
📏 Your Band Size = _____ inches (e.g., 30, 32, 34, etc.)
Step 2: Measure Your Bust (Cup Size)
- Measure around the fullest part of your bust while wearing a non-padded bra.
- Keep the tape parallel to the floor and not too tight.
- Note the measurement in inches.
📏 Your Bust Size = _____ inches
Step 3: Calculate Your Cup Size
Subtract your band size from your bust size to find your cup size:
Difference (inches) | Cup Size |
---|---|
0 - 0.5 | AA |
1 | A |
2 | B |
3 | C |
4 | D |
5 | DD/E |
6 | DDD/F |
7 | G |
8 | H |
Example:
- Band Size = 32 inches
- Bust Size = 36 inches
- Difference = 36 - 32 = 4 inches → D cup
- Your Bra Size = 32D
Final Bra Size Result
🔹 Your Indian Bra Size = [Band Size] + [Cup Size]
Example: 34C, 32B, 36DD
Common Bra Fit Issues & Solutions
✔ Band rides up? → Try a smaller band size (e.g., 34 → 32).
✔ Cups gap or wrinkle? → Try a smaller cup size (e.g., C → B).
✔ Spillage or side bulges? → Try a larger cup size (e.g., D → DD).
✔ Straps dig in? → Loosen straps or try a different style (full-coverage, balconette).
